Our class is finished, finally.  It was very challenging. We worked mostly on analyzing and evaluating our research paper. This included working with groups and really understanding what the topic was trying to say. As a class, we really worked a lot with mapping and charting the texts.
I love to write research papers because research papers are organized in a way that gives the reader the flexibility to choose a specific element. Writing research paper includes four parts: Introduction, methodology, results and discussion. The introduction outlines the origins of the work and directs the reader to other research performed on the subject. The methodology explains how the data was collected and enables the reader to make a judgment as to its credibility.

In this class, I learnt about writing outlines for research paper. Outlines are important because it makes
writing easier and reading easier, too. Also, it makes our massage memorable because readers can remember our message when there is a structure attached to it. Outline can help to limit errors and it can help to keep focused because when I have a outline, I won't be as tempted to go off on a tangent and we can see how new ideas fit into our original intention. It also helps to motivate me because when I have an outline, I see myself making progress. This helps keep me motivated as I move closer and closer to my goal.

Citations are important because it shows how our research build on research

of others and it allows our readers to locate the sources we used. Also, it gives us the

information we need to go back and find sources we used previously when we need them

for future research.
